There's more to ProGirl Academy than match day. From our weekly group sessions to focused one-to-one coaching and football parties that get everyone smiling, there's a way for every girl to fall in love with the game.
Our weekly group sessions are the heart of ProGirl Academy, every Tuesday at Trailfinders Sports Club. Girls aged 6–11 build their skills, make friends and grow in confidence in a fun, safe and energetic environment. All abilities welcome, and your first session is free.
Tailored entirely to your child, our one-to-one sessions develop technical ability at her own pace, but just as importantly, they build confidence. Parents often come to us wanting to improve their daughter's football, and confidence is so often the missing piece: when you're not sure of yourself the game is much harder to enjoy, especially as a beginner.
And it isn't only for younger players. Even older, more experienced girls thrive with that extra boost of belief. Sessions are relaxed, encouraging and completely focused on her.
Looking for a birthday that gets everyone off the sofa? Our football parties bring the fun to your chosen venue, with coaches running games, skills and small-sided matches that keep every child smiling, whatever their ability. We handle the activities, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
