By registering your child with ProGirl Academy ("the Club"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Membership is subject to acceptance by the Club and may be revoked at the discretion of the Club's committee for breach of rules or misconduct.
All membership and training fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule set out at the beginning of each group of training sessions. Non-payment may result in suspension of participation until fees are brought up to date.
All players, parents/guardians, and coaches are expected to adhere to the Club's Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Bullying, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
The Club will provide regular training sessions. Attendance and punctuality are essential for each participant's enjoyment and skills development.
Players are required to wear suitable clothing for training. Safety equipment, including shin pads and adequate footwear must be worn at all times.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the Club of any medical conditions or allergies. In the event of an emergency, the Club will take reasonable steps to contact the parent/guardian and seek necessary medical assistance.
The Club is committed to safeguarding all children in its care. All coaches are DBS checked and follow FA safeguarding protocols.
The Club shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during training sessions or other Club initiated events, except where caused by the negligence of the Club.
The Club complies with GDPR. Personal data collected during registration will only be used for Club purposes and not shared with third parties without consent.
If a player wishes to leave the Club during the group of sessions, written notice must be given. Refunds are at the discretion of the committee and only considered in exceptional circumstances.
I confirm that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of my child's membership with ProGirl Academy. Booking your child onto any ProGirl training session (including a free trial) is deemed as acceptance of these conditions.
